Just after 2:35 a.m. on March 16th, bartender Diane Somoza and another co-worker, Alejandro Rodriguez, were held up at gunpoint near the intersection of Melinda Road and Stanley Drive by three male persons.
The complainants reported that they had just left from their workplace in Dangriga when the three men, one of them armed with what appeared to be a sawed off shotgun, approached them and relieved them of all their personal items, cellular phones and cash before escaping. Police say that they responded quickly to the area where they apprehended four men and took them into custody for questioning.
