The financial scandal that rocked City Hill last year, prompted the UDP executive to expel Mayor Zenaida Moya, stressed B.C.C. Financial Manager Dwayne Davis to a fatal heart attack and introduced a new word “under-deposit” into Belizeans’ vocabulary, but how deep the rot had set is only now revealed in a copy of the Auditor General’s report obtained by the Reporter.
