Prime Minister Dean Barrow and Ambassador Vinai K. Thummalapally of the United States signed an agreement implementing the Merida Initiative, now known as the Central American Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) last Thursday, August 19.
The SCA girls and the Brown Bombers U-15 and U-19 teams both won the championship finals of the summer football competition organized by the Belize District Football Association at the M.C.C. grounds on Saturday, August 21.
