A fistfight Sunday night between a man and two others in Benque Viejo town has left one in a coma and the other facing a series of serious charges.

Michael Adrian Pagett, 36, is in the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) in a critical condition and in a coma following a fight with Filadelfio Arriaza, 20, and Gumercindo Marcelo Can, 24, in front of Latin Bliss Bar on the George Price Boulevard.

When police arrived at the scene they discovered Pagett lying face up, unconscious and bleeding from behind his head, with a badly swollen face. Police later found out that Pagett had been drinking when he got embroiled in a dispute and the fight with the two.

Police have charged Arriaza and Can with ‘dangerous harm’ and ‘use of deadly means of harm’
