A couple, who colluded to lure a 14-year-old girl into their car so they could sexually assault her, have been charged at the magistrate court this week.

Stacey Leslie, a 27-year-old domestic worker of Myrtle Wade Crescent in Ladyville was charged on Tuesday with abetment to commit carnal knowledge.

This was her second charge. She was formally charged on Friday with one count of aggravated assault of an indecent nature upon a minor.

Her boyfriend, John Williams, was also charged on Friday, with one count of carnal knowledge.

Leslie was not held in custody as she was granted bail of $500.00 in 2013, when the alleged assault took place.
The case may end up at the Supreme Court, depending on the evidence gathered at the preliminary inquiry.

In a report made on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, the 13 year old victim reported that Leslie pinned her down for her boyfriend to have intercourse with her. She further alleged that Leslie later performed oral sex on her.

She reported that she was walking in the Hollywood area of Lord’s Bank, when Williams, someone she knew well, stopped beside her in his white car and invited her in.

In the car she met a petite woman in the passenger seat who introduced herself as Stacie.
According to the child, all three of them then travelled to Cayo in William’s car.

On the way back, Williams drove to his home in Ladyville.
She told police that she was given marijuana to smoke.
Stacie then assaulted her sexually and allowed her boyfriend to have sex with her.

A doctor, who examined the young girl, certified that she was carnally known and classified her injuries as grievous harm.
