Two men car jacked the manager of Hofius Belize Limited, Jacqueline Roe, Monday night, as she was leaving the Great House parking lot on Cork Street, Belize City.
Reports say that the men, who were dressed in dark clothes, suddenly walked up to her and held her at knife point.
She was reportedly just about to get into her 2012 Toyota Hilux.
One of the men ordered her, who was with her family, to hand over the key to her vehicle and her $800 Samsung Ace cell phone.
She complied and the men jumped into the vehicle and sped off, leaving Roe and her family standing in the parking lot.
Unlike the recent car-jacking incident involving Women’s Commission’s Ann-Marie Williams, whose Mazda Tribute was discovered a few days later in Hattieville, Roe’s vehicle, said to have a value of $80,000, has not been recovered.
