Two wrongs don’t make a right.
That’s exactly what Matthew Cadle, 18, learned when his retaliation against death threats he had been receiving resulted in his being charged for burglary.
On Monday, June 25, Cadle appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer, charged for breaking into the house of Rudolph Crawford, the alleged source of the death threats.
On Saturday police received a report that Cadle broke into Crawford’s home, shattering a glass sliding window, valued at $500.
Cadle insists that he never entered the house. He said he only intended to shatter the window.
After pleading not guilty to the burglary charges, he was offered bail in th sum of $4,000. He is to return to court on Monday, July 30.
