anted poster issued for San Jose Village resident

Orange Walk police have issued a wanted poster for an 18-year-old, whom it is alleged inflicted multiple chop wounds to a 15-year-old over the weekend during a gang altercation.

Police say that they are looking into the whereabouts of Ronaldo Reyes also known as “ Pito”, a resident of San Jose Village Orange Walk Town, pending charges of attempted murder.

The wanted poster indicates that that Reyes is hiding out in the vicinity of Big Falls Farms located between miles 24 and 25 on the George Price Highway.

Reyes is wanted for allegedly inflicting multiple chop wounds to the victim’s head and left arm around 12:17 p.m on August 24.

The wanted suspect is described as being of hispanic decent with a round face and black hair, measuring approximately 5 feet, 6 inches in height.

If he is seen, persons are asked to alert the nearest police station or contact Orange Walk police at phone number 322-2022 or 302-2080.
